1. Local thermal bending

Cut the acrylic board and use a high-temperature mold rod to melt the edges of the acrylic that need to be hot bent. Generally speaking, the hot bending temperature of 2-4 cm sheet metal is 80-90 degrees. The hot bending temperature of the vacuum formed sheet is controlled between 130-135 degrees, the cast sheet can be bent between 140-145 degrees, and the hot bending furnace can be used within 2-3 times. In addition, the length of hot bending should not be too long. Thick plates should be placed in the oven to soften the mold, undergo hot bending, and open micro grooves to prevent cracking of plates over 5 centimeters when heated.
2. Overall thermal bending
In general, mechanical hot baking is used to overlap the acrylic board with the mold to be formed, place it in the oven for positioning, and then through manual supervision, the acrylic board gradually becomes soft as the temperature increases. Wait for a few minutes or seconds to attach to the mold, and the oven temperature should be adjusted well, not too high. Afterwards, cooling is necessary for the shape of acrylic products. Many industries are now using acrylic materials to make products. There are hotel supplies, mall display stands, acrylic sheets for interior decoration, etc.
Polishing process of organic glass components
Firstly, grind the organic glass components into sandpaper to smooth out the machining knife lines and scratches on the surface of the parts, but the surface becomes foggy, which cannot meet the technical requirements for transparency. After comparing several grinding materials, the final finishing method was to apply toothpaste with a mixed soft silk cloth. Due to the small internal power of the components, the bamboo chopsticks used at home were split in the middle, wrapped in soft silk cloth, mixed with toothpaste and water in a certain proportion as grinding agent, adjusted at an appropriate speed, and extended evenly along the radius to the internal power end face.
