PMMA fluid component processing and manufacturing:
1. Cutting of organic glass parts processing: When using a cutting machine to cut organic glass panels, it is necessary to clarify the size of the organic glass product in order to accurately cut the material and avoid material waste.
2. Carving: After cutting, according to the shape requirements of the organic glass product, preliminarily carve the organic glass board into different shapes.
3. Polishing of organic glass parts: After cutting, carving, and punching, the edges are rough and easy to scratch hands. Therefore, polishing technology is used, and polishing is also divided into grinding wheel polishing, cloth wheel polishing, and fire polishing. Different polishing methods should be selected according to the product, and specific differentiation methods can be found in the organic glass product polishing process.
4. Edge cutting: After cutting or carving, if the edges of the organic glass board are rough, an edge cutting machine should be used to cut the edges of the organic glass.

6. Punching: This process is based on the requirements of organic glass products. Some organic glass products have small circular holes, and this step requires a punching process.
7. Screen printing: In this step, customers usually choose screen printing when displaying brand logos or slogans. Screen printing is divided into monochrome screen printing and four color (CNYK) screen printing. You can learn more about the screen printing process of organic glass products.
8. Paper tearing: The process of paper tearing is a processing step before silk screen hot bending, because there is a layer of protective paper on the organic glass after leaving the factory, and the stickers attached to the organic glass must be removed before silk screen hot bending.
Several precautions for screen printing of PMMA fluid components:
1. Ink selection: When choosing ink for screen printing of organic glass handicrafts, high gloss and scratch resistant ink should be chosen. It is recommended not to use matte ink for surface printing because matte ink is not friction resistant, has a dull color, and is not bright enough.
2. Screen selection: It is recommended to choose imported photoresist with high resolution and imported screens with high tension and low elongation. Although it is slightly more expensive than domestic screen printing, it is better than screen printing. Screen printing is clear, with neat edges of graphics and text, while also ensuring positional accuracy during multi-color printing or four-color screen printing.
3. Ink adjustment: Ink adjustment is a core technology in the screen printing process of organic glass handicrafts, which is related to whether the pattern produced by screen printing is bright or dark, whether there is color difference, etc. It is generally done by experienced screen printing masters. It is recommended to confirm the product and not change the ink brand randomly to avoid color difference.
4. Cleaning before screen printing: Before screen printing, clean acrylic handicrafts. Organic glass handicraft manufacturers find it difficult to clean the workshop. If acrylic fragments are left for a long time, dust and debris will fall on the surface. If the acrylic pieces that require screen printing are not cleaned first, the screen printing pattern of acrylic handicrafts will be incomplete, causing defects.
